I need to develop a few Real Estate Training sales web sites. I need a tool that will allow me to create them with not too large a learning curve. Site will not be complex but I will want a fair amount of functionality to build for the future. I need to install videos from promos, shopping carts, class registration, affiliate program so Realtors can resell my offerings, etc. I've been searching but there are so many I don't know where to start.

Honestly, you are trying to start a business, wouldn't make some sense to learn something sustainable to help you succeed. Do you think real estate agents asked for a software to sell houses. They learned the basics and then they got tools.

Frontpage? Are you in the 90's?
Well, to build a site with those functions best way is to stick with WordPress. Have a great community and alot of pluggins. Some are paid (a few good ones).
If you want to design your own layout, i suggest Adobe Fireworks, and then export to HTML. But you need time to learn the basics.

@ laddermatch... you know what govt workers are the biggest users of frontpage... its bc there systems are old and frontpage can easily make compatible pages for ppl who still use old browsers.... frontpage has a lot of compliance that those govt workers need to embed into their sites.... like for example... for the blind and deaf... thats why some govt sites look sooo cheesy... bc they cant put all the fancy stuff and bells and whistle bc trying to keep it under compliance...

For making a static site FrontPage is still pretty good. Many years ago I built a site for the company I was working for with it. Even had employee pictures and other things to make it more personable.

It's not good when people think FrontPage and other true HTML editors are bad. What most don't realize is that the newer, easier tools are leaving footprints left and right because a plugin is basically a code snippet that is little more than copied on all websites using it.
As an example, find one insurance niche friendly plugin used heavily, you've found all competitors.
