Dropshipping with Egay... help needed

Hi i was looking at items to dropship, and i was wondering, how do you pay dhgate seller, when paypal will not clear funds until delivery confirmation?

No what i was worried is that now egay has policy that doesnt clear funds until buyer leaves positive feedback or 3 days after item delivered... that means you simply cant pay dhgate until the buyer gets the item....

ebay clears funds only after positive feedback?! Why?! Are you a new seller? what is your feedback there?
