that after it plays you can set it or redirect it to another link or webpage?

you can do that with a flash player , but not sure if you can do that right on the video and then make it work with vlc player or whatever.

OH Come on...don't lose your money on things Google can give you!
just write in Google: .avi redirects or .avi flash redirects

always use google for more then 5 minutes you'll get your answer!!
