Log in to your Account Manager.

Click the My Renewals & Upgrades heading to expand the section.

Click Payments & Renewing Items.

I had something similar happen to me, so I'm getting a refund. Extremely frustrated with Godaddy right now.

I recently switched to netfirms because of this. Thanks to a coupon code on here I got a .com for $5, no hassle what so ever and no aggresive upselling and the control panel is a million times better,

This is exactly the reason I do not do business with godaddy. They try to f*&k you every time. All the domains I registered with them as a noob has since been changed to namecheap.
