Looking for USA Proxies

I am looking for a unique proxy service where I can get 100-150 unique IPs per day, randomnly from any city/state in the USA. Each day, the IPs should be different and should be from a different city/state.

Does anybody know of such a service?

The problem with hidemyass is that they can give me new IPs but most of them are in the same location and thus doesnt help my cause.
