lol good luck trying to find a free webhost that allows things like nulled scripts. Most expensive paid ones won't, and even alot of offshore hosts refuse.

Will be very very hard. Most free host from what I know don't even give you a SQL DB which you need for vbulletin. Sorry bud don't have any recommendations for offshore free host

000webhost or Awardspace supply free hosting plan and support SQL DB which is needed for vbulletin. Importantly, they don't accept nulled vbb.
I tried with them and got banned
