I am very new to FBML. So please tell me that i want to add a landing page as sign up form of my website means i want to make able my fans to signup on that fan page as that signup form is on my website? Is it possible if yes can anyone help?

I recommend you to use MailChimp.
You can set your Landing Page in Facebook and they also have Facebook Application for Fans to sign up at your page.
