This JV is now closed. I have acquired enough interested participants. If all of them sign up, or nobody does, I have done my share of trying to help the community. There will be no reviews (at least I won't be asking for any), or additional applicants. I have acquired 6 so far, and I have another 5 to talk to. Some of us do have a successful career and work for over 12 hours a day, and aren't able to sit in front of the forum the whole day. I am accessible 24/7 through my mobile via email, that I have given to the people who need to have it.

Here is the PM, I got from Alex. Read it and make your own opinions. BHW is turning into something else and everyone needs to do their due diligence before investing with anyone.
This is what he sent to me...
You would invest in a whitehat CPA venture with me for 3 months, until then you should learn how profitable this is. Then I will become your mentor, rather than your investment banker, and teach you how to do it yourself, every step of the way, and your earning potential will be basically unlimited from there.
Why am I asking for a startup investment when I obviously don't need one?
1) To show you the earning potential from this program first hand. So when the time comes when I start coaching you, and you have to make some necessary investments (this program, just like any offline or online venture needs some in order to work. There is no such things as free millions lying around), you won't be reluctant about investing into your business.
2) To show me that I am not waisting my spare time, which I don't have much of as it is, with someone who doesn't have the necessary requirements to start up their business.
Min/Max investment is $1k
Doesnt sound right at all. So beware.

Exactly, just as I have the right to decline a potential investor I don't want to spend my time on. So please, no hard feelings. Since I am giving away money, I have the right to choose who I work with. And I don't want to work with people who have given virtually no contribution to the community whatsoever, and have no intention of doing so in the future. Also I have no intention of waisting my time on people who aren't able to understand simple sentences. As I told you, it's all about giving and taking. So again, no hard feelings. After your 6 years of doing IM, you should be more than successful in it. Best regards.

You claim you are giving back by coaching these people, but in all actuality they are paying you $1k to fund your project. However, you say you won't be teaching these people until after 3 months when the program starts earning money. Why don't you coach these people from the start? They are already coughing up $1k. This sounds like you are more interested in taking these people's money first. If this is a proven method of yours then you should be able to coach them from the start.

I know for a fact that Alex is trying his best to raise mony for his personal campaign. He doesnt make any money at all because if he did he would not be asking for $1k upfront for up to 3 months before "giving" back to the community, lol. This smells of B.S and more and more threads are croppig up on BHW similiar to this.
Someone would probably invest with him and get burnt. I guess this is part of their learning curve in IM. There is no freebie in IM, none whatsoever, especially when someone wants your money first before showing you how he is making his money.
Funny thing is Alex told me that he makes $2k per day. Lol, $2k per day, if that is the case, why would you want to hold on to your investors $1k for 3 whole months before showing them what to do!!! Stop B.Sing people man, it is so fucked up.
Normally I dont respond to threads like this. I have seen countless scammers come and go but for some reason, when I got Alex's PM I couldnt help but think, this dude thinks he is smart. I just had to warn newbies off this guy. I dont think anyone experienced enough will fall for this crap.
Anyway, Alex, if you seriously want to give back to the community, dont ask for their money beforehand because that is negating your original purpose. Infact you should just share what you know freely on BHW, through a thread and that should be that. Bloody nincompoop.
