What kind of success have you had using Peerfly Zip/Email submit offers on your facebook page? The only problem with these are most email submits are for US only which cuts into the size of your audience. Does FBML provide a way to grab a user's location?

Should I post the offer inside a tab, put a post on my wall, send an update to all of the fans?

I'm looking for some good ways to cash in with this.

this can work very well but you have to be very care full on both the network as well as the fb side cover your tracks and you can make in some money for sure

thanks a lot

You can not cover your tracks because somewhere along the lines, you have to have you affiliate number in a link to get paid. You can do 100 redirects, but that last one has to run to Peerfly with your id. Saying all that, you just have to chance it. Only a few would even try to get that id, so the odds are in your favor.

I make sure the offers I use are ok on social sites so I don't see a problem on Peerfly's side of things.

As far as FB goes, I don't want to piss them off or my fans. What have been some good ways to promote the email submit offers on FB? Does it matter if you create a tab for it, a wall post, send an update to all of the fans, or some other means.

Your best bet is to make a blogger page or something and send them to that page and have them fill it out there.

Just like any network, the only time you will really have a problem is if they get a complaint from fb or have some sort trouble with the advertiser becuase of your promotional methods.

If you are serious about not pissing them off you'd better go read the various documents that make up their terms of service. Using any facebook communication channel for the sole purpose of promoting a cpa offer will make zuckerberg cry.

You can hide your affiliate ID. So the user will see the link you want them to see.
In the past there was a service offto.net or something like that that did that.

Please note that PeerFly only allows paid FB traffic. (facebook.com/advertising) You can contact me by using the contact information in my profile or by replying to this thread if you have any questions/comments or concerns.

What do you mean by paid FB traffic? Is it using a FB ad to send traffic to a Peerfly offer?

So putting a link to an offer on my fanpage wall is no good then?

I can monitize your non US traffic.PM me, and will get nice $$ for your other traffic.

How about placing the aff links on a site, then put the link to the site on your fanpage/wall? I believe technically it's only connecting the facebook properties to your site. Not directly to the aff links. CMIIW

Yes, exactly.

Unfortunately no, sorry.

I'm surprised it is ok to use FB ads to send traffic to a peerfly offer. I would have thought that would been bad.

Thanks for clearing this up. I had an email submit offer on one of my fan page tabs for a while now. Amazingly after 1,800+ fans not a single conversion. Good thing too, because I do not want neither my FB page nor my PF account banned!

Can you please state which part of your TOS relates to this:

http://peerfly.com/tos.php

THank you.

I would say

VI: You agree to follow all detailed offer instructions including the distribution of offers to authorized countries.

It is offer specific. Some offers allow Social, Search PPC, Craigslist, etc, while others do not.

These two parts relate to it:
(i) Using spamming techniques, including but not limited to unsolicited email campaigns, blogs and discussion boards bulk message posting to promote your affiliate link;

Exactly. Every offer says what we allow and we don't allow. For example every offer says Craigslist traffic is not allowed but we don't mention Craigslist specifically in our TOS.

So, according to your interpretation of the TOS, all posts on Facebook pages are done using a "spamming-technique"?

I didn't know that posting a single link on a Facebook page implies the use of a spamming technique.
