If i took the time out and wanted to make money using some blackhat method and had a limted budget to spend on like making a website or something and getting paid by having vistors... what would be the best way to make money?

Use the search feature and spend a lot of time reading. Probably not the answer you wanted to hear.

agreed, it sucks but reading a bunch is the only way. however, don't fall into the trap that many do by reading TOO much and not applying anything. there's a point when you just have to stop reading and start DOING

Like others have stated, search around and you'll see some informative very helpful posts. There is no simple answer on "what is the best way to make money online" or "what is the quickest way to make money online", because everyone is different and everyone applies themselves in different ways.

You've just got to discover or read up on a method and apply yourself and find your "quickest" method of making money online because each method will produce different results for every individual person and each method is not guaranteed no matter how great it is. It all depends on you and only you.
