when you say working again do you mean its "shut down"

or do you mean temp, as if you do that often happens at busy times. i run my stuff on a scedule in the middle of the night to get round the temp issues

It's working. You just need to go directly to an IP they gave out:

While there are problem with our server domain name, use direct IPs instead.
They are: 72.233.81.250 and 72.233.78.210.

I think you need to change the hosts file for have it work with some certain software. By modifying this hosts file you can "hotwire" the decaptcher domain to the IP that is stated above.

I've been using another service for a while now, but maybe decaptcher is not so loaded now that there are not so many people using it.

The service is working for me at least after I had a fix applied to my software that is using the decaptcher service. They are just having some DNS issues but if you go on their site through the ip above you can get the info on how to get their service working for you right away.

Those guys are on the ball! I hope they will get the DNS issue resolved soon but I am sure they will.
