Paypal has been giving cards (mastercard) for at least a year (thats how long i have had mine) I dont know if its just for americans or if you just have to a verified account.

that's weird last night It would not work this morning tried again and got it to work only one time now I am trying to get more and its back to charging regular price look like more than one person is having the same problem.

Still works. Just got a domain. I used a prepaid debit.

I tested in with 1 domain and it worked (but I didnt checked out).
Then I wanted to order 10 domains and only 1 domain worked with that code.
Then I tried to start a new purchase and it says that the code is not working any more (althought i didnt purchase anything)...
