Believe it or not i've been doing this my entire life lol

What i normally do is make up crazy theories and than try to find a way to prove it to other people with real facts

No offense man but I think I'm gonna have to object here.
The reason most people don't think things such as "why is this apple here?" on a daily basis is because they're not aware of it. Most of this thinking is part of the subconscious mind and you're not aware of it. The mind was we know it right now and as you're reading this, most likely is the conscious mind (unless you're reading this half asleep; in which case BOO!).

Bringing thinking which normally belongs in the subconscious mind can cause issues such as over-thinking and literal time wasting and it's wrong to attribute that to intelligence.

If you also think that sitting up long nights to think of new ideas is a good idea you're wrong too. Although you can think of ideas and be creative consciously , the subconscious mind is better at it 3/5 times.

edit: In case you got the wrong idea, I didn't want to start a fight of flame war. I've taken multiple classes in psychology so I know what I'm talking about. Again,this post was not offensive or agressive but I can see how easily it can be taken that way.

I agree with you that humans brains are 'lazy'. I've tried it. This test has a large effect for the brain remains active thinking thus increasing the brain works. And enhancements, I feel more able to see something positive. Something exists or happens not because without cause.

You are missing the point.
Thinking about apples not gonna make you smarter, but thinking and analyzing new things will.
If you want to let subconscious to let think for you then you will become mister Smith - person that is just one of the units in the crowd.

If you not gonna try it you will not understand it. You can just trying to explain things whatever way you want, and pass on good opportunities.
