THIS IS A SCAM. Apple does NOT sell mass stock, research further, they're EXTREMELY strict in their supplying deals, many large electronics stores get denied, the profit margins are also very low. Most wholesale companies who offer these in limited stock sell them at retail price or slightly above because you're paying for the scarcity of the product - trust me go ask Apple if you can buy 10 iphone 4's - they won't even let you at retail price.

I am 100% sure (unless he's talking about USED iphone 3's (not 3gs) then POSSIBLY, still not probable) you will be scammed if you purchase from this guy.

Dont accuse people of being scam artists unless you know 100% and have proof. Its a pretty serious accusation.

The proof is in the price - you don't sell iphones for 300 unless they are similar to what I described. He was implying in his OP that they were the newest phones (why else would you just say "iphones" and he never said they were used). Let's see what he says about the model and condition..
