Super pricing on VPS's

I just ordered the third package last night, it was setup this morning. I emailed support with a question and they responded within 10min.

I didn't want to pay extra for cpanel so I installed kloxo instead. I have 5 sites setup so far and everything is running smooth.

So far I'm happy, I'll follow up in a couple weeks.

Anyone know what tensix.net is? My ips directing there for some reason, and the script on the vps isn't working properly (although it did when it was setup). I tried contacting support and they changed my IP, but its doing the same thing, and they haven't been able to provide any support past that.

You'll need to migrate your script to work on the new IP address provided. In addition, check that tensix.net is not being hosted on your VPS account. if it is and you are unsure how it was configured, it's safe to say your account should be reloaded and reconfigured.

Ok i am interested on this package 3. Below are some questions need to ask before jumping in.

1. can it supports more than 2 programs running 24/7 i.e SB and xrumer(but not running at full blast)

2. sorry as a noob, is it easy to install the above program to the VPS? any tutorial on this ?

3. is there any way to know if the programs are running fine at background?

4. is this a managed or unmanaged hosting?

1. I think you need Windows hosting for xumer and SB

2. obviously not possible on linux server. if u get windows vps, it's same as u install it on ur machine

3. in windows vps, you will get remote desktop access to it. so yes, u can login n check whether they r running or not.

4. it would be unmanaged i guess, no one can afford managed at this price.

1. You can run as many programs on the server as your account permits. if you order a 3Ghz CPU, 2GB Ram and 75GB Hard Drive package and that meets the requirements of what you are looking to do, not a problem. However, you at the same time cannot overload your account. If you need more resources then this, we suggest you order a dedicated server instead.

2. We are not familiar with the program you want to install and to answer question 4 in the same sentence, no we are an unmanaged provider. So all software and configurations are up to you and or a management company if you decide to hire one.

These programs people are talking about are scrapebox and xrumer. Scrapebox posts bulk comments on wordpress blogs and xrumer posts on blogs and forums. A lot of people consider such activity to be spamming.

In light of these facts, what can you say about using these programs on your servers?

Can proxies be run on the VPS? If someone is doing it can you give me some feedback on how good they are?
