Hi PaulK

This depend majorly on what you decide on doing.

Even though I am not an expert on CL but I will tell you what I know. People who know better can correct me.

You will have to keep a ratio of 1:1 (IP: Add). Some people maintain this daily, some every alternate day.

So the number of proxies depend on what will you exactly be doing. If you want to use an IP every day you will need 400 proxies otherwise 200.

My 2 cents.

Your prices are not the absolute cheapest anywhere. There are several threads on BHW that offer cheaper. Why do you false label your business?

Look at the date when the thread was opened. It has been a long time.

Besides BHW does not give us the option to edit such details after sometime.

Moreover, with proxies I am sure you will agree the cheapest is never the best.
