Indian Paypal Issue

Hi,

I don't know since when paypal blocked India to India payments.

I have 2 paypal accounts, today i tried to send payment from my main paypal account to other account and i got this error message.

Earlier i used to do it. My 2nd paypal account has nil balance, i have to send a immediate payments using that 2nd account .

Is there any work around for this.

Very strange. I used to do this about 20 days back. Actually, I have multiple paypal a/cs and When I need to withdraw funds to my bank a/c, I transfer all funds to my main a/c then withdraw to my bank a/c. If the situation you are telling is true (which actually seems it is), it will really be very difficult to manage paypal funds now. By the way, did paypal Blocked your money? If so, When they will unblock this amount? Did they send you any mail about this?

No they didn't blocked the payment. I tried sending to my other account but when i press send now i m getting the above error.

This sucks big time. I was wondering why my domestic client was unable to pay me via paypal for the past few days. Seriously, what is the problem between paypal and India? There are always issues arising in every month or two.

After reading this post i just tried one more time and got the same error again. Both the accounts are verified.

Strange, PP always comes out with new problems.

I have just sent the money to one of my Indian frnd (i am also Indian). The transaction was completed without any problem!

I faced a similar problem...

The only good thing was that i realised even my hosting company is from india!!!!

As of now there doesnt seem to be a way around. Now I pay to Indian suppliers through ICICI / HDFC regular old conventional way.

crapp....paypal always comes up with some badddd news. don't know whether it's paypal or RBI's pressure on paypal. as RBI can monitor bank-to-bank transfer, but not PP-to-PP.

we can just hope that some other reliable company will come up with a good alternate......

This is due to CC payment

paypal not allowing cc to paypal payment for indian paypal

If you have fund in paypal then there is no problem for sending but if your paypal have no fund and you are using cc to pay then you need to find alternate method.

same prob we faced while subscription and ended up with sending direct payments. And it worked then.

dxseo already explained why you get the error. it only happens when you dont have available funds and are paying using a credit card

send payment to non indian paypal and they will send u that payment

no other method for indian paypal users

n that too will deduct approx 8% (3.9% when u send, n another 3.9% when they send u back), as personal (zero fee payment) payments are not supported for indian users.
