This guy posts on Craigslist claiming to be an experienced developer of sorts.
He uses various combinations of Rag G emails and names.

I asked him to create a simple button with percentage calculation and he said no problem. We agreed on the price and I paid him half. Weeks go by and I don't hear from him. He finally responds with this:
Hi,
This project has been a real complicated one & i have been worked on this since Saturday & have worked for around 25 hours so far.....The total price for this project would have been somewhere around -- 200$ & i havent thought that it would have taken so much of time really...You have paid me 50$ so far & if you can send me remaining 150$ via paypal [Paypal ID = [email protected]] that will help.
It's a bit complicated process. I am putting it step by step.
1. I have already installed the wp-polls plugin from the admin pannel.
2. Open the folder wp-content/plugins/wp-polls . rwplace the polls-js.js with the file attached in this email.
3. Upload the thu.png to images folder of your current theme.
4. Add the lines in style.txt file to the style sheet of your theme.
5. I have modified the templates in the admin panel.
6. Create a poll in the admin panel with question and answer.
7. I have put a file called code.txt as attachment.
8. Modify the code according to your poll question and answer.
9. Paste the code in the post.

He basically installed a plugin and gave me code that doesn't work. Of course I reply back asking for my money back (which I knew I wasn't going to get) and to let him know that anyone that knows how to truly code would have been done in 5-6 hours tops.
I didn't get a reply which I expected. I just wanted to let everyone know about his guy so he doesn't scam anyone else.
