Website in Germany

Hello,

Im from germany and here in germany you have to put an "about us" on your website. Thats the point why I never started my own site because many were busted and had to pay more than 50.000€

Do you know what other options I have? Offshore hosting is not that what it was years ago. I would start my own blog but I dont want the "about us".
Without it I may have to pay a lot of money.

Are there any affiliates which offers a site with there "about us"?
The second point would be if they tolerate spreading the link around and get backlinks to this page.

Maybe some of you have good hints or ideas what I can do or offers me a blog which I can promote.

I think you dont understand that I dont want to spread my information all about the internet. I now what people can do with an about us.
Just want to be anonymous website owner.

btw: Its no the laziness, otherwise I dont want to create my own website

buy a domainname under fake name and choose private whois.This way you will be safe and dont buy any .de's.If you are going to start adultsites without avs buy your hosting outside of germany

yes, use fake information, email, address, phone number etc in the about us page if youre afraid of the scrapers taking that information. however you would probably face problems with fraud if this type of thing is a big deal in germany which it sounds like it is so i would just use north american hosting and buy a .com domain. if you do that, you don't have to worry about using all fake information as people do that in the United States and never even see trouble.

Thanks for these information but a friend of mine got a dissuasion because of fraud using fake information. One part of mine want to do that but the other part say no its too dangerous. I started with cecash and pay workers to signup for free. But this method do not bring much money.

Here in germany we have lawyers which are not successful so they surf in the internet the hole day and looking for sites which have no about us

In 2011 I will start a project which will be completly legal but before I want to get some extra cash for the start.

Maybe I will find a solution on my own and post it here so others with the same problem can go the same way.

about two years ago they limited the amount to €100 that lawyers can demand for their silly effort. since then I never heard of something like that.

also it seems like you would be a little overly scared of the imprints. I dont know what kind of advertising you want to make, but if you try to make some Euros through a standard affiliate site you are very unlikely to be in danger.

just enter some fake info to your about us page register a domain with an domain registrar, who claims to be on the Bahamas, and offers free private whois for every .com domain (e.g. internet[dot]bs) and a cheap offshore host (e.g. Underhost).

Now do the math. If you are not doing anything highly illegal and threaten national security nobody is going to make an effort calling all these companies and filling the neccessary papers to get your real name.

Or just put an Impressum on the page and be safe

Another Question: Do we have to include an Impressum on micro niche site for US Users, too? I know it's mandatory for german sites, but what about sites targeting the US - my Hosting is with HG and Domains via Namecheap (so both lcoated outside of the EU)
