There are many posts off topic here. The OP wants to know what is the best FREE article spinning software. He specifically states that the best spinner is too much money.
So TBS is no good to him because it is not FREE - and furthermore, it is not the best either. Never was a product so mis-named.

Article queen is just the best piece of article spinner you ca come by. I cannot see much better.
Well if your preference is to pay $77 every year instead of $0 I guess that's your business but could you please explain what you think TBS does that SpinnerChief cannot?

SC is great! Simply getting better and at its cost (!
) it's unbeatable in that department too! I am being "duped" by the other "famous" software -- actually a great friend bought it (TBS) for me about 7 months back, and I feel ashamed that my friend's money has gone down the drain -- Got just about 6 months usage and now for me, its a dead piece. My personal opinion about TBS is it's like a great fast car now which moves on and on while all its vital parts are falling behind! Blame the driver who seems to be desperate (or may be, a vital programmer has left him?!) ...This may be a sole opinion, but...
SC is also giving great attention to the users of SC. Great customer Support (again!!
. Actually, it means "Customers" who don't need to pay any cost). This is one of the many great things SC can do for its users which ... obviously cannot! (I have proofs also).

I have to agree with the five votes above for SpinnerChief. This is an excellent FREE product and they just released a new version. Try it, it won't cost you anything.
Just remember to check any spun articles for grammar and readability before you publish them. Good luck

I don't really put my hundred percent trust on article spinning softwares. I usually fine help with real human article spinners, and their services cost a lot cheaper.

i have downloaded spinner cheif but i need to add synonyms my self but the best spinner gives you many options and synonyms to choose from. is there a way to have this option in Spinner cheif?
SpinnerChief give you synonyms to select too, that is a basic function in all spinners. Just ensure you have load the synonyms when SpinnerChief starts
Go to operations/identify synonyms.

Hi, I used the 'identify synonyms' option and followed the videos, and am getting good %'s unique, however the articles that it's spinning are still pretty unreadable gibberish. Also, when I select to spin every 3 to 4 words, I'm still finding strings of 5 or more words in a row that it didn't change at all?! Anyone else having this problem?
NO spinner is going to automativcally rewrite an article so that it is human readable. You need to enter the synonyms manually for that.
It can only spin every nth word if there are actually synonyms available for the nth word, don't worry too much about the odd phrase, it's not going to make your article duplicate on its own. Check the overall similarity percentage, that is more of a decisive factor.
