Anyone knows a virtual credit card creator software?

I was just wondering, since I am continually researching about VCC's is there anyone who knows a software that can automatically create this?

Dont know if there is a software available... But if you are an Indian, you can signup for hdfcbank's account and you will get their NetBanking and NetSafe account... From this NetSafe account, you can create unlimited VCC's...

I have an account with HDFC Bank and I only have a Debit Card. With this debit card I can make any number of one time credit cards and it will act like actual credit card... I am paying my hosting fees, adwords payments and using these cards in PayPal....

I use a company called "netspend". Thier company allows you to purchase a debit card that comes with an account+rouing number and you can generate unlimited virtual credit cards, I use them everywhere.

just search for netspend on the big G

Can you tell me how do you create a VCC using paypal

I am pretty sure that was part of the paypal plugin system which was discontinued at the end of September. I haven't found a way to generate them anymore.

We can all calm down.i benefited something already from this post so op isnt retard or anything, he needs something and if he cant get it, we 'll suggest something really close.
