how to report scammers from here

This is twice now i have been ripped off from guys selling stuff on here. First time for $540 which took me a month to get back from paypal and bloody hours of my time and now again for $600 man I must have sucka on my forehead
Were can I report their behaviour on here to the mods ?

No offence man,if you got ripped off 2 times on bhw thats on you. Its obvious when someone on here is a scammer. Stick with rep and word of mouth.

Again I dont mean to be a dick but this is on you for falling for it 2 times. And on bhw no less. Wake up.
