Can someone look at the image and explain how this guy is hitting the SEO to create these 4 entries dominating the first page on Google?

One of my websites holds the top 6 positions for its main search term. The reason is that there is very little targeted competition and have built links to all of the pages with the targeted search term.
It might have something to do with the fact keyword 'supplements 247':
- has virtually no competetion.
- that keyword is his exact domain (.co.uk)
- that keyword gets searched NEVER!
He's dominating a keyword that does absolutely nothing for him!
Nothing to be amazed about whatsoever!
Nah, he's pumping out branding and marketing in this industry under that name as a slogan tagged on all his POS and bricks n mortar stores...there is more to the internet than just IM man...but I know what you mean. I was going to piggy back his off line branding for that phrase with supplements247 [dot] com then noticed this this morning. So simply, just amassing a TON of links to internal pages, hitting the same anchor is all this takes then?
I doubt he actually tried to optimize his site for that, looking at the descriptions makes me think it happened organically.. It's probably a result of "supplements 247" being a low competition keyword
