not sure .... deleting cookies refreshing IP has no effect on the tweet buddy system as all communication to twitter is on my beckend system
if they are brand new account start slow add tweets make sure it has a picture etc.
don't just add tons of follows/day and tweet a link
1 people won't see it unless they are following you back so it won't be effective
2 you will get accounts banned with improper use

Is their currently a problem with the API as all my accounts have been disconnected and I can't reconnect or add a new account (when I try I get the error 'Error status: Sorry, can't found twitter application')

Going to send a note out shortly, the company I buy the proxies off of was sold and when they went to switch over the billing info this morning it disabled all accounts. Waiting on them to restore our proxies then we will be good to go. Sorry for the trouble.

Not real sure, but i think they have a monthly fee and we have a different feature set. I haven't really looked into them because i've been so busy developing this.
