Click tracking with Analytics?

I'm on a mission to find out what keywords the visitors to my affiliate sites that click through to the merchant I'm promoting initially typed into Google to find my site. Can I do this tracking with Google Analytics?

Nope, only the merchant site owner would have access to those stats unless you are able to add google analytics to the affiliate page code. IF it is automatically generated, as most affiliate links are, then you are out of luck.

The only possible option would be to ask the merchant site owner to upgrade his/her affiliate system with statistics display for you, which is HIGHLY doubtful to be cost effective for them to do.
