How to make money from torrents?

Hello there,

I am a newbie here and seriously interested in making money online. I want to know how to make money online with torrents?There are methods like password protected torrents but some say this is out dated.Can somebody become my mentor and suggest me the ways on how to make money.

I would say something like ShareCash or Uploadables would be a good way to make money with torrents. Just like you said, password protect it, and make them have to go to X website to get the download link. Make X website linked with something like Ad.Fly or whatever the hell it is, or even LinkBucks. Once they get to the site, they must complete a survey to get the password for the torrent. Making you money on people going to the site, and when they download the password. Even if they choose to not do the survey it still is money on Ad.Fly or LinkBucks.

nowadays torrent is no longer popular. the big torrent site like TPB only got 10.000 UV last month, kinda sad since TPB is one of the 100 popular sites in the world

Man that's simply not true. TPB get's like 10.000 UV per 5 minutes. See Alexa, TPB is 84th most visited website of the world. Torrentreactor.net is 814th.

I'd say don't waste time with torrents. Use other filesharing networks where content is not so well moderated and your files will live longer and bring you more money.

download the ebooks, etc from here and other places, edit them to contain your affiliate links, and seed them

There are some sites that are PPI, and you can bind your uploaded file with the PPI file and get good money from everyone that downloads it. Also advertising is good with torrents. Pretty much whatever suits you best.

Here is the method I use:

1. Upload software that people want (ex: top pc games) to sharecash
2. Create a .torrent file using utorrent that has a text file with the link to your sharecash software.
3. upload your .torrent to the major public torrent websites (I use Semi Automatic Torrent Uploader to do all of step 3 - google it)
4. do it again the next day and start to receive money from sharecash

indeed... you will be banned very quickly if you try to share fake files, even though some guys get some good amounts of downloads before it is taken down. Just try other kind of filesharing websites
