I really don't think that image helps your argument;
If the 10 sites only THREE of them are actually targetting the keyword in question... i.e have the title, url, desc and head tags correctly set for the keyword.
Of those two other sites your are effectively competing with, both of them are sub page of a domain, which is a disadvantage straight away.
So the image you are displaying shows that there are only 3 sites (including yours) which are correctly targetting this keyword, and the two which are ranking below you are not root domains, they are just sub-pages. Whilst you have blacked out the domain names, you can clearly see from the lengths they are sub pages.
If you can show as an image similar to this where at least 5 other root domains have the TITLE, URL, DESC and HEAD correctly set I'd be impressed, but currently I'm not.
I think your should also clarify "ONLY SEO done". Clearly the backlinks are not the ONLY SEO done.... a lot of on-site SEO has been done to that page to get the stats which Market Sumurai is displaying in that screenshot.
