Still ZERO Reviews on the total quality of this service...
The person offering this service is VERY broad and does not explain in detail what kind of competition each package can do.
FYI. Nobody will buy your service until you get reviews and go more into detail.

I too am wondering if the OP can give ANY insight as to what type of keyword competition to target with each package. I realize that there is no exact science to this and MANY other factors affect this, BUT...the details of the service are broad and I trying to get a feel for ROI with this.

Bought this a few weeks ago, will let everyone know of any SERP changes.
It wont make any difference to your serp imo. You can't just blast links at a site and expect it to improve your ranking. 70,000 backlinks would be great to get indexed fast imo, but useless for moving up google.

If you should add a 4th tier which uses web2.0 to link to things from the 3rd tier would that do anything?
I really don't think that image helps your argument;
If the 10 sites only THREE of them are actually targetting the keyword in question... i.e have the title, url, desc and head tags correctly set for the keyword.
Of those two other sites your are effectively competing with, both of them are sub page of a domain, which is a disadvantage straight away.
So the image you are displaying shows that there are only 3 sites (including yours) which are correctly targetting this keyword, and the two which are ranking below you are not root domains, they are just sub-pages. Whilst you have blacked out the domain names, you can clearly see from the lengths they are sub pages.
If you can show as an image similar to this where at least 5 other root domains have the TITLE, URL, DESC and HEAD correctly set I'd be impressed, but currently I'm not.
I think your should also clarify "ONLY SEO done". Clearly the backlinks are not the ONLY SEO done.... a lot of on-site SEO has been done to that page to get the stats which Market Sumurai is displaying in that screenshot.

I said the Link storms were the SEO service used for that particlar keyword

Have you used the service How can 70000 backlinks not help He is avoiding sandbox by using tiered links. Im going to purchase next week hopefully.

Attached a picture of a site we ranked to the first page. Here you can see the level of competition. For the keyword, the link storms was the ONLY SEO done.
You said in PM that this guy used SEVERAL gold link storms.
Your talking about 900$+
why the hell would you pay that much.
For that keyword you could spend 900$ on whitehat seo and get the same results.
I don't mean to bash your thread,
It's just very sketchy to me.
