but that domain has no keyword searches so i say its not worth anything but a good brand if you can make it one..

Youre crazy. It has no seo value, and to turn it into a brand will take huge efforts which will most likely cost lots of money. Buying a domain is .05% of starting a successful brand. Dont mean to be harsh but i predict you will abandon this url long before its due for renewal. Goodluck though, i hope im wrong.
