For a specific niche, do you believe it is better to stuff my video with a lot of tags that relate to the whole niche or to use maybe only 3-5 more targeted tags?

Lets just say for example my niche is gum.

More keywords - gum, chew, peppermint, dentyne, flavor, sugar, sugarless, flavored, orbit, big red, chewing, wrigley, juicy, fruit, juicy fruit

Less keywords - gum, chew, chewing, wrigley

What would be better? What do you think? Thanks!

Only the 1st 120 characters are supposed to count. I'd treat everything after that as indexable but not counting as a tag towards classification.

What keywords are you targeting? Make sure your tags are broken up keyword phrases as well as the phrases themselves. I prefer a targeted approach.

I am not actually targeting those keywords that I provided, I just used those as an example. Also, your saying if one of my keywords is 'big red' I should write it in the tags like this: big, red, big red

?
