How many article can a Writer write in a day?

Hello, I plan to hire a part time / full time article writer, but I have no idea how many article can they write in a day to get a bang of my buck.

From my experience, worker usually quote lower amount than they can do in a day. So I would like to ask any BHW to help me out.

assuming they write General article only. If they write XXX words of article. How many can they write in a day?
FOR example:
450 - 500 words.
300 - 350 words.
1000+- words.
2000+- words.

I'm a writer. It really depends on how much research is needed. Typically, I could pump out a lot of articles in a day time frame. In the 450-500 range, I could possibly do 30+. It goes down from there.

It's not possible to say... I know people who can write 30-40 articles in few hours and there are also some people who take 8 hrs and write 12-15 articles... It depends upon person, domain knowledge, writing speed, thought process... blah blah...

No two person can be same so just ask writer how many articles he/she can do in a day then calculate cost and judge if it's worth or not.

I'm a writer. It depends on a lot of different factors. And understand, how many articles a writer CAN write is very different than how many they WILL or SHOULD write.

I type 100 words a minute. I've written over 134,000 words in a day before...divided among 450 articles. Well, I say 'day'--it was, in reality, 20 hours spread over two days, but one waking period.

Would not... do that... again.

I keep my projected rate to about 50 words a minute when I budget for time, and try not to take on loads of any more than 50,000 words in a day. After that I burn out.

I can write about 10 in a day if I push it. That seems slow until you figure in that I now get $20 for 400 words.

are you saying you can write 120 general article based on 500 words a day? that is really a lot. I wonder those writer pay by hours will they write this kind of speed for me?

Oh, I am planning to outsource my article on hourly basis...
like to the part timer / full time philippine writer?

I am more towards article marketing not content article.
I do outsourced before for content article for 2k words for USD 50.
