I don't have any experience with Bing, but Adsense most likely pays more/click because there's more competition in Google. Whereas in Bing, advertisers probably pay less/click which would trickle down to webmasters and publishers.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

with so many accounts getting suspended now a days it wouldn't be a bad idea to diversify your efforts to include sites using other ad networks (like bing).

if you put all your eggs in one basket and something goes wrong...

There is no bing publisher network anymore >What are you guy talking about ??? Adsense is rudely difficult to run .to many controls on what a pub can do.

Adsense is far better than bing.
Bing is restricted only to USA people.

I like MSN AdCenter. 55K profit last month. My friend made about half that on Adwords in December. But it all comes down to your product and advertising. Both search engines represent different demographics.
Example:
For one of my Products I tested Now vs. Today. Now = 1.5% increase in conversions
For my other Product Today was the winner.
