I am going to try out the strategy below and would like your comments and suggestions for improvements.

The sites that I want to rank with this strategy are targeting low to medium competition keywords. Usually trying to beat a PR2 website.

My techniques involves:
- PR 4 - 7 do-follow blog commenting
- Drip Feed Blast (xrumer) profiles
- Article submission
- Video submission
- Web 2.0 props

Here is the masterplan:

So what do you think.

Is it a solid plan and can I expect to rank well within three month?

Sounds like a somewhat good plan, can't comment on whether it will work or not. My plan is normally.

- Try to get exact matching domain
- Stick it in my Linxboss account
- Top up with xrumer profiles bought here

Not failed to get number one in 6 months so far, I'm working on google.co.uk.

I think your plan is good, if you need an extra push I definately recommend linxboss, although its a bit pricey.

Looks good, but personally I'd do more High PR comments per week. You could do 20 a day actually, if you start off at 10 per day and increase by 1 extra every other day.. Like 10-10-11-11-12-12-so on

Also, if I were you I'd go for trying to find a way to throw out a lot of video submissions as it gets you going pretty well to start off with. Good luck!

Decent plan. I useally build up the links to my money site more like this:
Week 1: ~50
Week 2: ~100
Week 3: ~200
etc

Thanks for the feedback.

I will be a little more aggressive with blog comments.

Any other suggestions?

And when should I expect to see decent rankings with this strategy?

You are using your own specific strategy so its difficult to say whether it will work or not.

Ranking in the top 10 for has in as little as 2 weeks for me, other times a month or 2.

Getting top 3 is the hardest, took me 12 months to get number 1 for one of my keywords.

Sounds good, but with backlinks I would go more for the quality not quantity.
Also I think it's better to get a quality relevant backlink from a PR3 site then a backlink from a PR7 site which is about a totally different subject.

For low to mediun competition it will be fine.

The most important is to have a method, with experience you will adjust.

My main link structure is: Blog network,Article marketing,Profile forums,Bookmark,Directories submission,Blog comment.

For low and mediun competition pr 1-3 i always get the 1-3# positions.

The time depends on the market,if is easy-mediun i will rank in 2 weeks.

Pay attention to the serps movement,in my experience your site will always do some movement after 2-10 days of link building,if not it is because you will need more links.

I want to know how can u categories what is low, medium & high competition. Are there any figures for them. I mean if competition is 35000 will it be considered as low or medium. Thanks

You DON'T look at the number of pages indexed for a keyword to judge competition. It is not a good incator of how hard its going to be to rank number 1.

What you need is to get SEO for firefox, which is free. Then type in your keyword in Google. SEO for firefox will augment the listings to show a bunch of stats about each website which currently ranks, it wil show PAgerank, yahoo links and loads of other stuff.

I normally pay attention to the number of links according to Yahoo.

At first I wouldn't touch a keyword where the top 3 had more than 4,000 links on average. Now I stick to keywords around that average. These keywords are not hard to rank for with about 800 targeted links from linxboss.

You always want to be analyzing the number of links the top 3/10 have, the 'number of pages' Google shows is absolutely useless, don't listen to people who tell you otherwise.

Spot on Answer... Thanks BlackMamba

This will depend in your experience and your link building power.

What is easy for me,can be hard for you.

But what i use is:Number of domains,pr of domains, and number of pr pages.

For example: If my competitor has 40 article directories domain,i can get this..

If they has 100 Forum domains,i can ....

If they has 5 pr4 links,if the market is worth i will get.

For me this metric always work,if my competitor has 20-60 domains link to then it will be easy-mediun,more than 60 domains it will need more work.

I use seo spyglass for the analysis.

Why i use domains instead of pages ? Because if you do a analisys you will see that the most pages will have pr0,but the pr of domain will determine the juice of the internal pages.

This is why forum profiles link has power even with all pages with pr0.

Linxboss is very cool, a little slow, but very effective.

If you can outsource what you have outlined there for a decent price, then it could be a very powerful strategy..

I only say outsource it cause im a bit lazy, but of course it can be done manually by yourself :D
