This is one of my methods I currently am using as of typing this successfully. This is me giving back, for all the wonderful advice I read on this forum. I'm making high $$$ off this at the moment and pretty much am doing nothing past the point of setting it up, and sending payment once a month. This could easily be used to bank $$$$ - $$$$$$ if used correctly.
The variations of niches in this area are so wide I decided it wouldn't hurt my business to share the method. If it has been shared previously I apologize. I'm not trying to step on anyone's toes, only give back.
This is very simple, and anyone can do it. The upfront cost will very depending on how you wish to use this method. Me personally I spent 0 dollars and made over 500.00 my first 30 days.
1: Make a Paypal account if you don't already own one.
2: Make yourself a new email account, gmail or any flavor you like. This is just to help keep business separated from your personal account. I don't like mixing business with pleasure, not a good combo if you want to get stuff done. Feel free to skip this step if you wish, or already have one for this reason.
3: Make a Freelancer account, sign-up using the info from the steps above.
4: Look around on the freelancer website, pick a topic of interest, and think how you could use it to make money brainstorm on this for 10 minutes. Take down some notes.
5: Now its time to put your game face on, you must write out a work order in a professional manner, remember no one knows you. If you play the part, you will be respected as someone that is successful, and treated as such from freelancers interested in your job offer... You should mention all payments will be made every 30 days, and not to bid if this is unacceptable. Be sure to make them bid an amount to prove they can follow simple instructions, if they don't do this its best to skip this person. They could very well be an idiot, or not be able to comprehend english very well.
6: Look around at different offers similar to your own, and look for people bidding that write good English. My niche required that no one I hire would be in the US so I paid close attention to where they were located as well.
7: Ok so you found the amount of workers needed for your idea. Make sure you go over your assignments with them, and make sure they understand they must meet deadlines, use correct grammar etc. Make sure you know how much turnaround they are capable of each day. Your the boss after all, and will be paying them. So be to the point, and make sure your not wasting each other's time. After all time is money.
8: Execute your idea whatever it was, you now have 1+ workers able to do whatever niche you picked, working with the promise of a payment in 30 days.
9: Enjoy your easy income!
Here is what I done, I wont site any sources but you will get a decent idea of how I done this.
I picked articles as my niche, found 3 people capable of working directly off of 3 sites I was previously doing the grunt work for that paid me 1 cent per word, 2 cents per word, and the 3rd paid 3 cents per word.
These sites only pay US citizens, with that in mind I made it a point to remove all US citizens when scanning potential employees. After hiring my employee's I had a good long talk with each person until I felt comfortable with him or her.
I released the login and password to my 3 article accounts to each of the 3 employees. They were only paid 25 cents per 100 words, where as I was making in the range of 1 to 3 cents.
All 3 employees worked out perfectly and still are doing great work. They churn out 5 to 8 articles each per day and make me bank. I've never had any issues with articles being accepted, since I put in the effort before hiring an employee, and requested 2 article samples up front to evaluate them.
The only thing I do each month is request payments and issue each worker their small cut of my pie. I make it a priority to give each worker a nice email once a week on how great they are doing to keep him or her in good spirits.
Please no flames, and if you find this information useful any thanks is welcomed.
