How To Receive Credit Card Payments On Paypal With No Havoc?

I.e With peace of mind about Chargebacks!!

With The Crazy Paypal With No Fighting to Chargeback, I am Afraid to Receive Credit Card payments at all, even when the client could have been really a Potential One!

Well, I just raised to ask the Question for the all other mouths who wish to ask this!

When you get the payment put it into your checking account immediately, then go to your online banking and transfer it to your savings so paypal can't touch it. If some shit head does a chargeback. Go to your bank and tell them you lost your check book and want to change your account number. Only do this if you plan on abandoning your paypal account because the chargeback is unfair or from an unethical buyer. Paypal will be screwed and forced to pay the bank that did the chargeback not you.

Furthermore don't sell anything that you are not willing to loose, and take gaypay I mean paypal for it. If your not prepared to loose it use google checkout or something else.

Yeh, a few things to note:

1. Transferring it to another account won't do shit, when PayPal get hit with a charge back they are coming after the funds whether they are in your PayPal account or 14 hops away.
2. PayPal can pull the funds right back out of your bank account, reason why the above mentioned to change account numbers.
3. No matter how you take credit card payments you will *always* have the same issue, it does not matter who you use for your gateway, if they chargeback the money is gone (unless you have it in cash).
4. If you choose to say use Authorize.net or some other middle man to take credit cards you open yourself to a whole another bucket of worms - you have no protection against charge backs and if you get too many they will cancel your ass.

How to best work with PayPal:

1. If you are working with intangible items such as services, writings, etc. you have to be willing to lose the disputes. You can try the "this was a service" reply to PayPal disputes, but that won't help you for CC's.
2. When possible always ship the shit to the person, burn a 10 cent disk and tell them to pay the 5 buck shipping. You are both covered and you have your ass covered when PayPal comes sniffing for funds.
   
   PayPal will help you with fraud, so if you have a tracking number they will at times go to bat with you to help you out.
3. Finally, most backs offer a way for business to take credit card payments and depending on your bank they will have fraud coverage (see making sure you have a tracking ID), though this will negate PayPal.

This is a great point. I have noticed over the past couple of years that more and more people do this, and that's why.

Unfortunately, the risk of chargebacks are just the nature of the beast. Do your best to protect yourself, but don't jeopardize your paypal account to save a few bucks. Even if a handful of jerks get away with it from time to time, the ability to use Paypal as a payment method will make up for it tenfold over time, since paypal is generally trusted by buyers.
