I've checked your account and your reports and discovered that you've
been an affiliate since the 22nd of July, and during these 9 days you
didn't make any commissions, this is the reason why you recevied no
payment this month. Your earnings for August will be sent to you around
the 25th of September.

On what condition will EPN ban your account?

Give me a few examples?

Read the TOS, you will find most all the info you need

Does this mean that they do not allow the usage of ppv traffic?

It's very clear to me that they don't allow PPV. Not only because it is delivered via an IFRAME and a popup, but because it is "not initiated by the affirmative action of an end user".
