So... what marketable skills do you have? If you're looking for the *shudder* "I make $$$$ a day with Google," or something to that effect, I'm afraid I have some bad news for you. (Hint: it ain't gonna happen in two weeks, not if you're starting from scratch.) If you can write reasonably well, there's always people looking to have articles written. Or graphics, list junk on ebay, just look in the 'money making' section of this forum.
But you're going to have to WORK YOUR ASS OFF.

Unless you already know how to make money online, there's no way you're going to figure something out in the time you have. It's certainly possible for you to get lucky, but chances are you'll just be wasting what little time you have without making anything at all.
The only reasonably online option is just an extension of what you should also be doing offline as well. Look around at what you have for the most expensive items that are easy to sell quickly. (Cars, furniture, electronics, etc.) Start listing them on sites like ebay and craigslist, and hope you can get good enough prices. You might not really want to get rid of those things, but if your situation is as dire as you say then you may not have a choice. If you need the money that soon then you don't have much time to start selling.

1. Get rid of your cell phone.
2. Sell your car.
3. Hold a mega-garage sale.
Negotiate on the weekend with grandparents, parents, relatives or best friends to help clean up their yard for extra cash. Also you can ask them that you can help them clean out all those old items from the basement, attic, garage or backyard for items they don't need. Little by little you can sell some items at a garage sale or sell them on eBay, Craiglist or the many flea markets around town. You can sell some items little every month and negotiate a small percentage fee for your services for each sale.
4. Sell your gym membership.
5. Sell your books.
6. Sell stuff on eBay or Craigslist.org.
7. Tutor struggling student athletes for money
8. Move into a cheaper place.
If you live in an apartment and have your own room considering sharing your room with another student. By doing this you can split your rent in half and have a lot more cash in your pocket. Don't worry about loosing your space because it won't be forever. The extra cash you will have you'll have more freedom to do things than being all stuffed up inside your overpriced rented apartment all day and all night.

10. Stay away from credit cards and payday loans.

I suppose it was his first and last post on the forum though he enabled the rest to get some great quick money ideas dropping in the thread
I am pretty convinved that copying/pasting all these ideas into a PDF file and charging 9.99 USD as an ebook for it, would probably work quite well for making some VERY EASY CASH.

Sorry, but I can't stop laughing.
you are not being helpful here, while I truly like the idea, you gotta check your maths: even if he were to do that 24 hrs a day (=96 USD, assuming that he can find that many customers), it would take him 31.25 days to earn 3000 dollars (not getting any sleep for a whole month while working off his a**!).
The OP had however less than two WEEKS when he posted a couple of days ago. So assuming that he ends up favoring your idea, he would now have merely 10 days left, and would thus need to make 300 USD/day, i.e. 12.5 dollars per hour working full time.
Besides, can you actually earn 4 USD per hour doing this?
I only got paid 1 USD per DAY ... darn, I really got scammed big time!!
