I have been using TA for a few weeks, very easy to build your followers up. I now have about 15 accounts with around 800-1200 in each. Would love a pdf on how to make some money from them.

Can you explain some more about wait and reply. My accounts are not over 60 days so what else could I promote using wait and reply?

yes i have been paid.
no i am not using proxies. i probably should but at this time i am not.
if i start to get twitter account suspended i probably will. but the thing is i dont think sponsored tweets even checks all that because the referer on the click is always twitter.com

using bit.ly or something simliar is great for tracking clicks

i am working on one as we speak. i want to make it good so it will be a go to guide even for a fresh fish.

i am going to try to say around 3-5% so you figure if your account that you sign up with at http://spn.tw/r3K1Q has 1000 followers you can get 30-50 clicks per offer without any problems or suspicion.

hi sign up under mine for referal. that way as i teach you how to make money, then i make money too.

for wait and reply i would set up a few autoblogs with adsense or adbrite and just tweet each post to drive traffic to your blogs.
