I see many websites with the name facebook in their domain.. dont see why they dont get sued and i would.

because they are not caught yet. It's trademark. When you put a trademarked name in a domain, you are violating the trademark. Even using them without any consent is considered a violation of trademark.

wait you're saying you want to wait until you get sued by facebook because you see others didnt? are you really that dumb?

like the t,h,e,f,a,c,e,b,o,o,k,i,n,s,i,d,e,r,d,o,t,c,o,m that was sold on flippa for 7.5k euro's
why would people buy that site when its gonna get sued anyways...

don't listen to them asianl be a dirty lil boy and get sued.

EDIT: ok after reading last part of bryan's last post, i have to make sure u know im kidding OP.

nah alot of domains aren't worth their registration fee.

alraidy have a 100 dollar offer on flippa :D

Too much kids here arround here. Facebook will not care that you have a domain with their name, only if you make with the domain something wrong or they want your domain...things like that.

Bryan, the user is right. No problems with that if you get a normal website.
