[FIX]Backlinked out of google sandbox, but not backlinked

So, a friend of mine, Has proven something.

He was recently #4 in google for his keyword, and the got dedexed.

Google Hated him..

Some of you call it the google dance, some say the sandbox.

So, he was sandboxed.
dancing, whatever.

So he kept backlinking, maybe 5 a day. and 5 days later, he is reindexed

and shows back in the # 4 spot.

so, that goes to show you, that if you continue to do what you are doing with your site


you will get back to where you are..


i think most peoples problems are because the big G wants to know WTF. so they see the backlinks and think if they deindex it, they will stop building backlinks. well, don't because they will definately know you are doing it to just get rankings,...

so backlink it out of the sandbox guys!

Ok everyone, I'll just point out what happened with the website in a nutshell. Hopefully this will help some of you.

The website is made of only a landing page (1 page site), 60% or so of the content is all unique. It took me about 14 days to get the website indexed (yeah it took a little bit long there), less than a week later the website got deindexed.

This basically means, site:domain.tld/cache:domain.tld/info:domain.tld were not returning any results. The website was completely gone.

At the time the website had maybe 20-30 backlinks, so on the next few days i built some forum backlinks (5 a day) and didnt really worry about pinging them.. just wanted to see what happens next.

5 days later, website got indexed again and earned it's spots once again, #4 for the main keyword, and it even jumped a couple pages for other more competitive keywords.

So yeah, that's about it. It's not rocket science, just give things some time.

I don't understand, why would you bother making a one page website and only 60% of the content on that one page is unique............ Also, from what I understand, this isn't the sandbox........it's a new site and go0gle will bounce you around for whatever reason....... You getting ranked #4, "de-indexed" and back to #4 probably had nothing at all to do with the back-links and more to do with the site being new.

it was deindexed by google. the dance* , so it wasn't showing up, as long as you keep up your normal activity, it will show back up soon

Why make a one page website? Because I can make money off it.
Why only 60% of unique content? Because I can manage getting to #1 with that content, with no problems.

Google will bounce new sites in SERPs, not bounce between being indexed and deindexed. You can call it sandbox if you feel like, but that's really up to you. And well, I actually wasn't trying to improve the rankings, I just wanted to see my site indexed once again by g00gle.

I'm not an expert in reindexing websites or anything, I'm just stating some facts, sharing my experience and what worked for me.

I hear you but from what I understood, the up down, index/de-index thing you're experiencing has more to do with the site being new and not from your backlinking efforts. I thought it was normal for a brand new site, just indexed to experience this effect regardless of what you're doing.

It is called QDF (query deserves freshness), it is a temporary boost in ranking, when you post new pages, that wears off after brief period and then your page sinks to its current earned rankings.
