Google Analytics and many other third party trackers won't sync up with our system. We cannot honor the numbers that they provide as they are not valid reliable trackers. We use our system tracker or raw server logs to track hits.

If I use analytics to track my visitors will this raise a red flag to my website because of the referral you said there is?

I'm not exactly sure what the question is asking? Raise a red flag with who? I doubt there will be any problems, the visitors are real and the referrer is legitimate.

No probably not. We don't do youtube campaigns anymore.

No. You will not generate money by impressions, if that's what you are asking. You only make money if a visitor clicks your ads.

How are the visitors reported on GA ... as Direct visitors with no referral url? Please advise.

They may not be reported at all. Our service does not sync with Google Analytics so we just don't use it..we don't consult their numbers on our traffic.

Yes, you will get clicks, but if someone is looking only for ad clicks or something then our service may not help as much as it could.

Yes a redirecting url will be fine. You want to use some type of hidden referrer url? That will be fine.

It took a few days to get started, but once it did the traffic was exactly as described. Deploytraffic's backend is very helpful to track the sent traffic. Also, my Alexa rank has dropped drastically.

That's actually a great idea. It should definitely count as a view. If I'm not mistaken, the counter takes a little longer to register embed views. But they do count. Is it possible to set the embedded player to autoplay though?

Last time I checked it was still being counted, but sites change how they accept views all the time.

The issue is that youtube changed a lot about how they track views. It takes a lot of different factors into consideration including how long the video is viewed. Once the video gets to around 300 views it automatically checks to see the average length the browsers viewed. If it isn't a long enough time then youtube freezes the video until the number of actual full length views catches up to what the tracker says.

We usually don't allow popups. It probably wouldn't be a problem and there is a chance we could try it with a pop up if you wanted but we general like them to be disabled.
