Blog Pinging in scrapebox

I have an xrumer linklist with like 1,000 urls and i want to ping them all to this list of services here: http://blogpinglist.com/
how would i go about doing this in scrapebox?

i know senuke has a built in pinger. this is similar to what im trying to accomplish in scrapebox. i thought the rapidindexer was for this but everytime i try it it says list malformatted

scrapebox has a built in pinger it is on the bottom right. Just click on ping and load the list

Pinging all of your xrumer links can be dangerous- especially if they're all pointing at a new site. I've heard of people getting their site deindexed or drop completely out of the SERPs for doing exactly that.

If you decide to do it anyway, let us know how that worked out!

i definately wouldnt ping them all at one time, maybe do 10-15 per day. As always the best method is the let them get indexed naturally

Create an RSS feed using icerocket. Then ping the rss feed.

You can always create an xml file via Scrapebox (it will do that) and then you can host that xml file on your or some where and then just ping that xml file.

Getting them indexed naturally is better? But if you get them indexed this way! you have far more control... and manipulation over your indexed links. Am I right or not.
