How to nofollow pages in wordpress navigation

Hey guys I've got a rather simple question for the more advanced tech guys than myself. I've been outsourcing this for my last couple of projects but I know it's easy to do, I just can't figure out how to do it.

The theme I'm using is Canvas by Woothemes. I know the guy that did it for me previously mentioned that he went through my ftp and changed it there, but that's about as far as my knowledge goes. So if you don't mind would someone mind explaining to me how you nofollow the pages in a wordpress navigation?

I appreciate the help man. From what I've gathered the plug in will nofollow every page in the navigation, no? Is it possible to nofollow specific pages, at the moment I'm just trying to prevent bleeding from the home page by nofollowing the about, contact, and other no sense pages just their to please google.

To selectively choose which links in the nav bar to nofollow I use Firebug (FF addon) to identify where the links are in the code.

Then just add the nofollow attribute manually (via ftp (Filezilla))

I don't know of a way to pick and choose which links you want apart from this.

You can also use the 'Robots Meta' plugin to to nofollow all links on a page (but that's a different story )
