I usually use market samurai to check onpage optimization and Yslow to check page speed. You can also use this site webpagetest (dot) org for some good on page info.

I'm using SEOToolbar , plug-in for firefox..
great tool, easily can check on-page SEO such as H1,H2 tag, alt image , keyword density , meta desc , meta keyword.. easy to use..

I like Seopressor has done a very nice job of suggesting things to do on my wordpress pages and posts. You can buy it through your own clickbank and it doesn't cost that much that way. Anyway it doesn't contain anything I didn't already know but certainly reminds me to add img tags, bolded k/w, k/w density etc.

check for keyword density in G, keywordensity by seobook is very good.

I would just google "seo analyser" on google and check if your site rates good. Keep doing this check until you get the best result for your site.

SEO powersuite has a component called Website Auditor, the best i've ever found for the purpose!

I use IBP and website auditor for on page SEO... I don't think you need anything more after that. SEOPressure is another handy tool which you can use for wordpress blogs.

If you will search you will find them shared free on this forum and other places... If you want full functionality and updates (search engine updates) you will have to get license for it. Worth their price

simple on page seo is seopressor. I prefer it over anything else since it is really easy to implement its suggestions. nothing too complex
