Hey there.

TL;DR: I need a way to receive cash anonymously, thinking of using Swiss online bank with a strict no-disclosure policy, do you know a good one?

Recently, I've come up with a few methods that would be able to generate a fair amount of income online. However, due to the shadyness of these methods (not illegal, just blackhat), I don't want the people sending me cash to obtain my real identity.

What I've been thinking about is finding a Swiss bank (they have strict no-disclosure policies) that provide online banking services where I could simply create a fake account.

Then, I could have cash sent to that bank account by people, and then I could send the cash to my real account by bank wire. Do you think it would work out?

Also, my main problem is actually finding a bank that works like this. Does anyone here have any experience with this whole thing, or does anyone know of a good online banking service with a strict no-disclosure policy? It'll probably have to be Swiss, because otherwise they'd tell people my real identity if requested to (which is pretty easy for them to figure out since I'm just sending all the cash on to another, real account).. Any help would be very appreciated and I wouldn't mind sharing my own ideas in return.

I don't see any way which this post goes against the forum's rules by the way, since this isn't to be used for anything illegal, just blackhat stuff. Please don't post if you're just going to complain, but please do post if you have any information to share as it would help me a lot :).

Thanks for your time!

Or you could pay a bum to open an account in his name for you.

i know a way, pm me if this is not an illegal post.

Liberty Reserve or fake ID + western union

Are you sure Liberty Reserve works for this? Won't they give out my name to people if they receive complaints? Also, does Western Union perform limitations and checks like PayPal does? What kind of ID do I need, and how do I transfer the cash from WU to my actual bank account?
Also, will LR/WU close my account if they get complaints?

Paypal with fake info

PayPal is a pain because you get limited, and they will certainly close the account if they get complaints.

A friend of mine is involved in carding. He told me they always use Liberty Reserve to transfer money to cardsellers. It's said to be pretty rock-solid.

I'm not sure about WU. I don't use it, but I know it works for this if you have a fake ID when you want to cash out. (You do it through offline stores)

Okay, thanks for the input :)

Anyone else know anything useful?

Swiss banks? They're just so safe!
Swiss banking giant UBS said Wednesday it had agreed to give to American authorities the names of up to 4,450 US account holders who the Internal Revenue Service suspects of using Switzerland's vaunted banking secrecy rules to avoid paying billions of dollars in US taxes.
The announcement ends an eight-month legal battle that strained Swiss-US diplomatic ties, saw UBS agree to pay $780 million in fines, and had Swiss bankers worrying that the secrecy laws that made Zurich synonymous with wealth were under siege.
IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman declared "the world of international taxes has drastically changed" in a conference call with reporters. In a Bloomberg TV interview, Mr. Shulman said this case shows that the IRS can and will expand its ****** reach to catch American tax evaders.
"We're going to have our targets set on all categories of folks," Shulman said.
He also said the US will be given access to 5,000 Swiss accounts which at one point had $18 billion in assets.
No fishing expeditions
But the agreement makes it clear that the days of the numbered Swiss account aren't over and the disclosures required by the deal aren't nearly as broad as originally expected.
In a nutshell, the Swiss have said that they will disclose names where there's strong evidence of tax evasion, but not allow fishing expeditions by the US or other foreign governments. The US had at one point said it wanted the names of 52,000 UBS clients.
UBS said in a statement that it would provide the identities of "approximately" 4,450 account holders to the Swiss tax authorities, who will then determine which of those names should be passed on to the IRS. The Swiss tax authorities' decision will also be subject to "judicial review." There are no additional fines for UBS and the deal does not require Swiss banking laws to be changed. The announcement said the disclosures are legal under the terms of a 1996 double taxation treaty between the two states.
"This agreement helps resolve one of UBS's most pressing issues,'' UBS Chairman Kaspar Villiger said in a statement. "The agreement will allow the bank to continue moving forward to rebuild its reputation through solid performance and client service. UBS welcomes the fact that the information-exchange objectives of the settlement can be achieved in a lawful manner under the existing treaty framework between Switzerland and the United States."
Do you guys actually live in the 21st century?

Read the fine print, the Swiss just firmly said no to over 91% of the IRS's bullying demands for info. No access was granted except for cases where they already had probable cause basis (evidence) to proceed, and even that was likely done as a good will gesture. No fishing expeditions, as they said, which deprives the gestapo of their number one tool to (usually falsely) impute liability upon people and harass them with collection efforts. This is consistent with the Swiss top Court upholding the privacy and due process rights of account holders:

Get payoneer card from odesk with fake info. But you'll need some real address to receive it. When I was asked to send documents for that card at some services, I sent photoshopped. So you better register card with scans info you already have.

Confirmed what I thought, thanks for the post. I still haven't found a good bank though. Anyone?

I dont see how your post is of any use.

Probably yes. I haven't received any complaints toward me, though.

Ah okay, too bad. I probably will be, so I guess it won't work out. Thanks for your help anyway :)

Still looking for a way. If you have a specific method that works and you don't want to share it publicly, please PM me and we can both profit from this.

As I said in another thread, fake account with an off-shore bank; create fake identity, bank account comes with credit (prepaid) and debt Mastercard. If totally legit biz, we can create company or trust and related accounts. Bullet proof if u r not actively searched for FBI. No problem with IRS, the bank has no branch offices in US, so they dont care unless Obama sends carrier ships.

Sounds good, but what I'm really looking for is just the right bank to do it at. Would you do me a huge favor and send me the URL/name of the bank you've got working for you?
