Thats not so hard is it? If you have a gripe, post it on another thread and call it "I'm bitching about so and so" the kind of posts you are putting out seem more suited for that post as opposed to the original topic of this thread. I could give two shits about what you think about the service, rather, I care about you staying on topic with the OP. I try and check this stuff as much as possible. I will keep it real though, sometimes it gets difficult for me to juggle coming here, dealing with website stuff, working on servers, ALREADY communicating with nearly 15,000+ customers (not everyone emails me personally but I will say that I get at least 5-20+ emails a day), being a father, husband and running my other companies its getting difficult to come onto here and reply. I think I honestly got 10+ PM's today alone to reply too. Its all good though, I will try and make this place a priority. It would make my life 100X easier though if someone had a PM that they just email me directly at alexander******[email protected] because it comes straight to my cell phone and iPad (which I usually have with me at all times). With that being said, I will do my best to make sure that I answer each PM every day I get one. I got allot of cool stuff I am working on right now and would like to start sharing it with everyone. I also have my own questions about somethings here as well.

I really would love to see what the Mods have to say about this if anything. This thread is not meant for you to shame people into contacting you directly or for you to imply bad service...There are ways, TACTFUL ways of handling yourself in a public place. Questions like, "Has anyone heard from Joshua, I can't get ahold of him". But no, you have to piss on the parade...and I am the crazy one!

Peace my friends. I found that if we take our gifts and talents and work together, ALL of us can end up doing some serious stuff here online. People on the internet need to know that if it were not for guys like us, there wouldn't be any reliable e-commerce going on. Well, I am in anyone's corner here (BHW) if its between "Us and them"...Even pickpocket. I just want the forum and the threads found in it to be more direct and help oriented...not muddled with garbage or things that are out of place is all. There is a time and place for everything. Life is about learning the timing and the placement, while stopping to enjoy your surroundings from time to time. Thats just my take on it.

Thats actually a great question and one I have been waiting too see if anyone would actually ask. My answer is very simple:

There is a difference between setting up a ton of "throw away" domains that I could stack onto a server and send bulk email through and a major "Branded and Long Term" website. SendBulkemail is a "Branded and Long Term" website. I never send email through that domain (nor would I ever) because I did not need too. I have WAY to many good rankings on the SERPS and marketing out there for me to screw around like that. Instead, I put that domain on a server that has no outbound email functions on it at all. This way, no one could ever accuse me of "sending spam" when I never have the capability to do so.

Spamhaus never cared about this fact though, all they cared about is the fact that I am a threat to their operation because I am literally giving people the detailed knowledge to do the very thing they are against. Its kinda like two different churches preach two different messages. I am saying that EVERYONE has a right to send unsolicited bulk email (as long as their in compliance without he law) and they are preaching that no one has the right to send anything thats unsolicited and if you do, your just as guilty as a common criminal. No doubt about it when I say that they are a powerful organization though. Anyone that goes out of their way to spend the kind of money like they do just to get rid of me online has significant resources.

Anyway, there is a difference between this and the actual sending of the bulk email. Hell, with bulk email I go through domains left and right. I can go buy .info's for $3.99 anywhere and switch those out ever day if I wanted too. That type of marketing is different and one that fortunately anyone can slip COMPLETELY underneath Spamhauses radar. I teach my clents how they can have servers all over the world and to limit ANY blacklisting agency from knowing about them or their core business. That is honestly the name of the game in this industry: To keep your assets spread out in such a fashion that no one truly ever knows where all your stuff is at. I personally keep most of my assets hidden online and I teach my platinum members how to do the same thing. Under normal circumstances I would actually never be attached to a website like SendBulkEmail. I would just throw that away, set up a new domain and move on with life. I will however press on with this and I have several calls lined up this week with the TOP ISP's in north America (wish me luck). Bottom line, spamhauses fight with me and my website has nothing to do with my Platinum Members. I teach them ALL my mistakes and my accomplishments so that they can be even better than I could be. Right now, this is pissing contest fight on the future of how blacklisting agencies have the power to smack any website they want down. Make no bones about it that what comes from this can potentially change how ISP's react to these organizations. This is a pivotal time for the internet. No one agency should have the power to interpit how they "feel" communication should be broadcast That if you do not fit into their mold that they can flick a switch and bring down your website. That violates all sorts of freedoms of speech and is basically website extortion. Right now I am not sharing with anyone my strategy on how I plan on dealing with this (for right now at least).

Anyway, I hope I explained this clearly because it goes into the strategic nature of how to apply your business assets online. I could go into allot more but I do not want to give everything away. I will not mention names but there is a person here on BHW that is actually a member of Spamcop's forums and takes the things I say and posts them online for everyone to see. They troll this forum looking for strategic information that they could use against any one of us. I know who this person is and thats why I have been VERY hesitant in saying anything on this forum.

It's in the section where it says, "click here to download our new databases" it's actually a couple different files because it goes over a time-span of a few years of different business lists. Been working on releasing the actual members only area site where it will be completely itemized one by one. I should be finished later this week with that for everyone. Also, if you ever have a question like that you need to ask me at my private email (which you already have) instead of here because there are somedays throughout the week I may not check the forum but I do check my private email almost hourly. (Just a FYI for future reference since I understand a question like that is important to be answered ASAP).
