I've been reliably and successfully using ScrapeBox for this for a long time. Otherwise, Yahoo Site Explorer?
One guy adviced me to use this toolbar for firefox - Webrank toolbar!
It's really good, shows backlinks on google, bing, yahoo!
Pages indexed on google, bing, yahoo!
Page Rank, Alexa Rank, Compete Rank, Quantcast Rank!

If your purpose is to track competitors backlinks then webrank toolbar won't be much help. The backlinks showing in Google backlinks is not accurate.

Market samurai has this feature. Let's you analyze the links in quite a bit of detail too.
