Sell more ebooks on digitalpoint

what's the next best payment processor to use other than paypal? I just created a new account because my other one is locked. I don't want them to lock the funds I can't use google checkout because its only for united states. 2checkout costs too much.

I would go for plimus

One of the very important parts in eBook selling is the Sales Thread.

You need to develop very strong relations with your buyers, you never know
, someone may buy a copy for resell rights [has happened to me twice].

Also, the other important part is promoting your thread.
You need to post around 40-50 posts/day in the section where you are selling. If you have a little money, buy some signature links for promotion.

I am sure you may have many of your friends for giving reviews, but your customers should not be disappointed after buying your ebook.

Also make a list, and give them a freebie once in a while!! :) It never hurts but helps

PS:
According to me, $500 / ebook is not achievable unless you have a *REAL GREAT* method or some other stuff which you are sliing for $ 37 or something.

moneybookers or alertpay maybe.

But your sales will drop as pretty much users like to stick with paypal.

what makes you say $500 is not achievable? What is achievable. If i did sell 30 copies the way Wiz says that would turn out to be 8$$

30 copies really isn't that bad. Why do you say it's not achievable?

Would it be more worth my while to create a post at warrior forrum for a price? Should I do both?

Not trying to be a troll just asking a genuine question.

How come you only limit yourself to DP and 30 copies? Why not take those ebooks you already wrote and try to sell them at other places, or put them on ClickBank?

selling it on dp i can use ejunkie which provides ebook protection. I will probably put the same sales thread up at a few other forums. How do you think a wso would do?

Here's what I used to boost sales on forums like DP -

1.The main thing is your thread title, It takes main role to attract hungry money makers. Get some title ideas from WF. (ex. "I MADE $XXX IN PREVIOUS MONTH AND I WANT TO SHOW YOU,HOW EXACTLY I DID IT." ) I mean, It should looks like you're revealing your secrets NOT you're selling something. ;)

2.Advertise your eBook before making sales thread through your sig. If you're not too reputated than just pay someone (around $5) for putting your thread link into his sig.

2. Use 'Auto-buy' (ex. e-junkie) and make a attractive 'buy now' button.

3.Use pictures as much as possible to make your thread attractive. You can find 'buy now' PSDs and other graphic material here - scriptmafia[.]org .

4.Use 'fake' accounts to 'bump' your thread on top. (ex. make multiple accs. and ask some random questions regarding ebook.)

5.Offer anything in bonus (ex. another ebook) to a limited no. of buyers as 'first come first serve'.

6.Sale on multiple forums. (ex. DP , WF , HF , CN , BN etc. )

7. Make a dedicat3d website for your eBook.

8. Do everything what 'Wiz' said. :)

would it be worth the $40 to start a WSO. I don't have a warrior account yet.

I don't visit the WarriorForum that much, but I seem to recall that, in addition to paying the $40, you have to have a certain amount of posts before you can run a WSO. Possibly one of our members here on BHW could tell you exactly how many posts you need.

Cheers! - "Wiz"

I have some guy up my ass

I sold his ebook i paid for, but it didnt say i couldnt. No where did it talk about a resell license. From now on i just copy it onto a word document and change around the words.

Well, Am a Premium Member with almost 1.5k Posts in DP

And To Be Honest, DP is A Cheap Market! There arent Much of People who has a Big Pocket To spend!

Well, I too Wrote an Adsense Ebook, Took me 1 Hour, Sold over 40 times... Then No More! Like, Out of all people, Only 40 cared and No one else wish to buy them, and they will keep on asking review Copies via PM!

I feel BHW Marketplace is better with some potential Buyers, eventhough there is a charge of $31 :(

hey OP, sorry to hijack, but i have a few ebooks lined up for sale on dp, and was wondering if I could get a bunch of reviewers for those books, and i can return the favor for your future sales on dp. PM me. Thank a ton. Apologize again to the OP.

I could give you a review im about to release my new ebook im hoping to get big bank off this. Im going to bump it back up and it got great reviews, one more good review right as i bump it up and im going to be in the bank!!!

Its a great time when cash flows in your Paypal but hurts when anyone does a Chargeback! :( I've faced a lot of them. A guy bought my eBook with a CC then did a charge claiming "Unauthorized Payment" :( I gave Paypal all the proofs that the Guy downloaded the eBook (I gave then them the ejunkie log screenshot) and the Gaypal charged me another 10$ as fee. WTF :zx11pisse

Paypal does not support 'Seller Protection' for virtual goods. But I found a awesome way to get rid of chargebacks. :)

I'm going to buy some pdf security so those DP people can't share it. Does anyone have any suggestions, monthly fee or one time fee? I don't want to make the mistake I made in the past.
