lol he's not going to send a lawyer at you... i wouldn't worry about it :p but if you got my DP account banned id be kind of pissed too

I wouldn't due anything legal but I would not send anything directly to his parents. I would have my attorney do that so I do not violate any laws in the process.

If you saw his other correspondence you sure your not be proud for your parents to see it.

There is no "Send him to jail" thought process here it is more of a let his parents know he is not acting as they would expect.

The only reason I have not already done it is because my wife thinks he deserves a second chance. At some point, after reading his arrogant posts, she may relent and she will be able to expose him to his parents as to what he is doing online.

BassTrackerBoats, do you think I am a rebel? Like full out?

I consider myself a good kid if you believe me or not.

To do a quick tally of what I live around I took the 5 kids (including me) in the back of the bus today as an example.

4/5 (not me) get high at least 5 times a week.
4/5 (not me) get drunk at least once a week.
3/5 (not me) have been charged & arrested.

What can I say, I live in a not pleasant area. People tend to adapt to thing around them.

1) You cannot copyright an idea.
2) Maybe he doesn't want to work with your ideas.
3) Maybe he has better things to do.
4) Stop whining and find another programmer.

Close this thread.
Bad JVs happen, let it go.

Because the one's that do have something to offer actually have something good to offer, their young, don't have a job to stick to 9-5?
We have the time to stay up for days on end working on something.
we have our "imagination" in a sense. our creativity.

In other words. Dreamers.

Just like to warn everyone that Win32 is a HUGE scammer. I've done a ton of research on this kid and although he only took $200 from me, I was MUCH smarter about it than he was. I have his phone number, home phone number, mothers phone number, home street address, email accounts, and much much more that I don't want to say on this forum. The money wasn't the issue, it was the fact that I knew it was a scam and wanted to catch him to show him the consequences.

He basically promised me something and kept making faulty programs that were horribly developed (caught him developing a fake program 3 times), and send a list of proxies (which I paid for) that were from some shitty free site which I also caught him on. He said he'd refund me since I caught him on it all and didn't happen.

At his age, he needs to learn whats right and wrong - now he'll definitely learn. Hope that $200 is worth it b/c you won't like whats coming. No threats here though...
