Perhaps I'll talk to my wife and ask her to allow our attorney to send everything to your parents so they can see what their son is doing online... I am sure that they would be surprised because they are good and decent people.

So Win32 posted how he is a programmer and he will develop any idea for 30% commission or something. We agreed on terms and I started shooting piles of ideas, drawings and sketches and different marketing techniques, we had a lot ready to go.

He has been on MSN, he has been posting on the forum, I have been messaging him. No response. I seen him log in and out of MSN a few times today. He's straight up ignoring me.

So he has my ideas for my program and a lot of details about my goal with it, marketing ideas and such and now he is running off with it. Wasted several hours drawing, point form notes, thinking ideas out, explaining stuff to him.

Please beware of him, he is up to no good and will scam you, just like he did to me!

I sure don't want others to think you are some kind of poor martyr in your dealings with Win32 when your reputation precedes you.

I have several things to say about this:

1) This thread should be closed because it's not getting anywhere

2) macdonjo you need to learn how to multiquote

3) OP should not get ban because he didn't say that Win32 is a scammer he just was giving us a heads up about the JV which is the right thing to do IMO

4) There should be no penalty for stealing ideas because intellectual rights are BS. Even if Win32 did steal the idea (which there is no evidence to support) it should be fine, because since you aren't making it, why can't he? You had the idea, you could probably make it better. I think we all know the concept behind xrumer, yet none of us can match it. Any software released can then be easily duplicated so your idea wouldn't be safe anyways.

5) I personally have not lived up to all my JVs, so I can simpathize with win32. Maybe he had more to do than he could handle so he just ignored you without any malicious intension just as a way to unofficially end the JV. You can't assume he's stealing you ideas even thought it is possible. I have also been scammed in JVs so I know why you might be mad, but life will go on, honestly you didn't lose any money or anything for that matter so I wouldn't make such a big deal out of it.

However, after the sales were finishing up, your account was banned, then you totally blocked me. Tried getting a hold of you. You were very helpful to me before this, and I admit, you were nice.

However, after I was blocked, I had no access to your paypal. Nothing. Couldn't get you to confirm if you received it or not, etc. So you went from:

Helping me with my website -> Banned & Blocked -> Attorney

You went from 1 to 3 within days, never contacted me about resolving the issue. Never really demanding the money, demanding me replacing your account... nothing.

Yeah, I know what you're saying, and I'm not saying it's ok for him to do that at all but I'm just pointing out that he's human and everyone makes mistakes, he's not necessarily stealing you idea he probably just got overwhelmed and ********ed up.

I'm pretty sure he will and I would be very mad if my account was banned too.

However, please tell me. If you were a teenager, you would probably be doing the same this, trying to work things out. I know plenty more that would be laughing at the matter, however I am not.
