Wanted to make a twitter program. Few questions for you guys.

Im pretty good with VB6 so I was thinking of making some kind of twitter program to get more twitter followers.

What I need to know is what the best way to get twitter followers is. Is it only by tweeting popular topics constantly?? Or finding others that tweet certain topics and following them? How do you get them to follow you back..

If anyone can answer that for me I can probably come up with something to make. If I do, it will most likely be a shared program.

Scrap ID's or emails of followers from keyword specific twitter lists

what do I do once I have these ids, I follow them and hope they follow me back?? Seems very low percentage of getting followers .. Is this the correct method??

u will get targeted people.If you have large numbers following u and all crap then wat use.instead targeted few are good from my opinion.

I would suggest you to team up with an existing company like TweetAttacks and earn money. I have seen most twitter softwares and none comes close to tweetattacks.
